These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the 10am Digital Referral Program (“Program”). By referring a client, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals and businesses who refer new clients to 10am Digital.
  • Referrers must be over 18 years of age.

2. How the Program Works

  • A valid referral occurs when a new client signs up with 10am Digital for a paid project or a monthly service plan (Web Development, SEO, CRO, or related services).
  • The referrer must introduce the client to 10am Digital by email, referral form, or another method approved by 10am Digital before the client signs up.
  • Referrals will only be accepted for new clients who are not already in discussions with 10am Digital.

3. Referral Payment

  • The referrer will receive 10% of the referred client’s project stage fee or a monthly plan fee (excluding GST).
  • Payments will continue for as long as the client remains on an active monthly plan, up to a maximum of 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are made monthly, within 30 days of the client’s invoice being paid in full.
  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.

4. Exclusions

  • Discounts, promotions, or free trials offered to the client will reduce the referral payment accordingly.
  • If the referred client cancels or fails to pay, no referral payment is due for that period.

5. Tax Responsibility

  • Referral payments are treated as income. The referrer is responsible for any tax obligations that apply.
  • If you are a business, an ABN may be required. If you do not provide an ABN, 10am Digital may withhold tax in accordance with ATO rules.

6. Program Changes

  • 10am Digital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
  • Changes will not affect referral payments already earned prior to the date of change.

7. General

  • Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the referrer and 10am Digital.
  • 10am Digital’s decision on all matters relating to the Program is final.
